4. Order Status (Shipping): The period between preparing the order and delivering it to the customer.

Article 2 – User Legal Capacity

1. The user confirms having full legal capacity under Shariah and law to transact with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
2. The user bears full responsibility for any violation of this condition.

Article 3 – Nature of Fiorella’s Commitment

1. Fiorella’s obligation toward consumers is to provide the purchased product or service.
2. The store may also provide after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature of the order.
3. Due to quality improvements and product refinements, minor variations may occur between older and newer designs.

Article 4 – Rules of Use

1. The user agrees to use the platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. The user agrees not to use products or services purchased from the store in violation of public morals or applicable laws.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations

4. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals and payable through the available payment methods.

Article 8 – Payment Services

1. Fiorella offers multiple electronic payment options through its partners.
2. Customers will receive invoices and receipts for all paid amounts.
3. The store complies with recognized accounting standards.

Article 9 – Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later)

1. The “Buy Now, Pay Later” service is available through Tabby.
2. Customers must have a verified Tabby account to use this feature.
3. Customers are fully responsible for timely payments to Tabby.
